General:: Good availabillity of replacementproduct, which I could not find in any retailshop in The Netherlands and was also not availabel from the factory of the phone. Quick service.
About the product:: So far the new battery is operating excellent: it provide a long duration for using the separate handset of the phone without loss of quality or energy: so far the longest I have used it was 3/4 of an hour and there was no indication the battery was running empty.
