Excellent service. Original battery did not fit my RZ1710 but a replacement was sent out and is now installed. I was very pleased in the speed at which a new one was received. Many thanks.

High capacity battery for the RZ1710 was too thick to fit in my device. A relacement (standard capacity) did fit and is working fine.
