The site was easy to access.The battery was easy to find on the site.The price was right. The delivery was not as fast as I expected, but then maybe I am spoiled with 24 hour returns.

Great organisation to deal with. Vast product range. Ability to purchase a replacement battery for my 10+ year phone was fantastic. I had been advised by my provider that I would need to buy a new phone as existing phone was obsolete and therefore no battery available. The ability to go online and purchase a replacement battery was great and communication was good as knew when item shipped. I had tried a different on line company but they advised that item was out of stock and did not respond to my question as to when stock was likely to be available.
