General:: The service was reliable but each item was shipped separately and the one item took a few days longer than the other item to arrive. I would use this company again.
About the product:: I bought a battery for the Panasonic TZ7 camera - it may not work with the latest FW (1.2) for this camera but the site owners could not tell me if the battery would be OK with the new camera FW. I have not changed my FW in case there will be a problem.
