I´m satisfied, I got the battery pack on time and for very good price. The only commet I have relates to the estimated delivery date as your confirmation creates an impression, that the delivery takes place next business day what didn´t apparently happen.
The company responded quickly to email queries, and gave a good overall impression of their professionalism and competence.

The laptop battery arrived reasonably quickly and was well packed. It is as advertised, functions as expected, and looks to be a well-made good-quality item. The battery fitted my ten-year old Gateway LU-3119 (a re-badged Acer) perfectly, and provides a five-hour runtime, effectively giving a new lease of life to it as an ultra-portable laptop for web browsing and writing.
