I am really glad I discovered this company. I needed a battery for a comparatively old laptop and was finding it difficult to get one elsewhere. Very helpful website good customer service and quick delivery.

For buying replacement lithium batteries for laptops/notebooks,the website search engine offered several options from which I chose 1. When it arrived, it WAS the correct ordered model but did not fit my device at all. Unfortunately it is now not possible to post lithium batteries out of NZ due to safety regulations, and it was really difficult to work out a good solution, I was ready to just ditch the whole exercise. BatteryUpgrade's team, however, were incredibly patient and helpful and generous despite me not being able to actually return the product for an exchange, and I ended up with the correct one after all,I am very grateful.

Once the correct battery arrived, absolutely no problem. Shipping is prompt, especially considering the company and despatch are overseas (not in NZ).
