About the product:
I received exactly what I had ordered, within three working days and with no additional costs (such as VAT or custom duty). And the battery observes stated parameters. If I need to buy another, I'll surely buy it here.
Very, very satisfied. I ordered the wrong battery and when I asked BatteryUpgrade if I could change the order the answer was "return that battery and we sent a new one". However, I was not able to return the battery because the post office in Portugal do not send this type of goods by air and I have not found another way. I contacted again the BatteryUpgrade and they were amazing, they sent me a new battery without I have returned the previous one and with no additional cost.
