Battery Upgrade saved me. I live in Europe and yet own an American made computer. I was unable to purchase and ship a battery for my computer through the U.S. But Battery Upgrade took my order, and sent me a fresh battery without any problems.
Very, very satisfied. I ordered the wrong battery and when I asked BatteryUpgrade if I could change the order the answer was "return that battery and we sent a new one". However, I was not able to return the battery because the post office in Portugal do not send this type of goods by air and I have not found another way. I contacted again the BatteryUpgrade and they were amazing, they sent me a new battery without I have returned the previous one and with no additional cost.
