Very, very satisfied. I ordered the wrong battery and when I asked BatteryUpgrade if I could change the order the answer was "return that battery and we sent a new one". However, I was not able to return the battery because the post office in Portugal do not send this type of goods by air and I have not found another way. I contacted again the BatteryUpgrade and they were amazing, they sent me a new battery without I have returned the previous one and with no additional cost.
Responsive supplier. The first battery never arrived and You fellows send a new one with tracking code. That finally made to us. It took time but I think it was local post office problem, not batteryupgrade. Local post would need GSM phone number to inform that package has arrived. Order April 9th, 2nd shipment arrived on May 25th.
