Delivery and customer service were very good. My product was a little bit broken but I got new battery cover easily. Web site design is nice and easy to navigate. Shopping is also simple to do. I'm very satisfied.

I'm very satisfied to my new 3000 mAh HTC TyTN battery. It's very good and a lot of cheaper and powerful than original HTC batteries.
I didn't realise that the larger capacity battery came twice as thick and was supplied with a new phone back with a bulge to accommodate it, if so I would have chosen the standard capacity
