Not having bought from you before, I became a little anxious when the battery I had ordered did not arrive within the 7 days expected, but in fact took 15 days. I assumed from your web address that you were a UK company, but later realised you were in Holland, and then I noticed the battery would be coming from China, but in fact it came from Singapore. So, having given you my credit card number, and with the longer than expected delivery time I was worried whether you were genuine. However I needn't have worried. The battery did arrive, albeit a bit late, works perfectly and now I know that you are a reliable company I shall order from you again.
