Fast response and very prompt reaction from the customer service replacing the non-working battery that was first received. Got a response to my emails usually during the same day. Delivery times are bit long, though understandable when goods are shipped from Hong Kong

First battery did not work but the replacement works OK.
Delivery was quick considering that it was coming from hongkong, the instruction was kindly given to install and optimise the battery and the price was good.
