Excellent service, the delivery took a bit longer due to an error on the carrier side (FedEx) but BatteryUpgrade provided all the info and help needed to sort it out.
Very good service; had to wait a while for the battery but then again it was coming from Hong Kong.
About the product:
Initially I was very pleased with the battery's performance. However after having to remove the battery to put in a new sim card, the battery's connections have become loose rendering the battery useless as the power disconnects. I am in the process of returning the battery under the guarantee for a replacement.
