General:: The service was extraordinarily good. Quick delivery (within a few days). Absolutely no complaints. The only problem is the questionnaire in dutsch, which I, being a dane, do not understand.
About the product:: The battery for my IPAQ 3850 installed easily (but you have to be a little careful) and worked without a glitch, when I turned on the Ipaq after charging.
