About the product:
Batteries for my power drill look well made, came ready charged and have worked really well ever since. I was particularly pleased because I was not able to get these were I live and nearly had to throw away a perfectly good drill. I think you should 'big up' the environmental / sustainability aspect of you company and products.
There was good communication throughout the transaction. The battery took a little longer to arrive than I had thought it would but they responded straight away to my enquiry. I have purchased from them in the past and would do again.
